What kind of plants rent to decorate a stand?

Using plants to decorate a trade fair stand is almost essential for an attractive corporate image.

By varying the height of the plants we can create movement in the space, if we use all the same plants with the same height the stand will look boring, without movement and unattractive.

Another point to highlight when renting plants for a trade fair stand is to use varieties of plants that are more or less similar in terms of aesthetics, I mean that mixing plants of extremely different varieties will not bring harmony, on the contrary.

An example would be to rent varieties of plants such as cactus or succulents, mixed with other aquatic varieties, it is an unaesthetic mixture. What we want is to create harmony and bring in the nature that can be found in the natural space.

How to decorate a stand for a trade fair?

We can decorate a stand with natural plants and flowers, although they could also be artificial, these should be of high quality to reflect nature.

In all trade fair stands we have tables, even if they are small, we can incorporate a small plant so that it is in harmony with the whole space.

Shelves are also perfect to decorate with natural plants, they help to create a more pleasant space and invite visitors to pass through the space and get to know the Company’s Service.

The plant pots should also be taken into account, every detail is important to make the stand look perfect.

Another way to decorate a Stand for a Fair is to hang plants from the ceiling or walls, the walls of the Stands are usually white and high, it is important to provide some natural element that brings us harmony.

Is it possible to create a plant wall on a trade fair stand? Which plants are recommended?

The answer is a resounding Yes, it is not only possible but also recommended if we want our exhibition stand to be attractive.

Although I do not recommend it for all Stands, if the space is small and we already have many decorative and/or functional elements I do not recommend it because it could create an overwhelming space.

Stands should be attractive but do not create an excess of decoration, it would end up being too overwhelming and would cause the opposite effect.

It is advisable to use a vegetal wall when we have enough space with wide walls. It is also a way of seeing the stand from afar. Sometimes we can even add the corporate lettering of the stand or as a #hashtag.

I don’t recommend only one type of plant for the plant wall. Incorporate different plants, some with a fall, others in different colours, always trying to create movement in the space and a harmonious atmosphere.
